Mindful Workplace Wellbeing offer a wide range of specially chosen health and wellbeing Activities that engage employees and encourage healthy lifestyle changes.  Each health activity can be used as a stand alone service or incorporated into a wider health and wellbeing programme.  We work with our clients to develop the best programme of activities to meet their business needs.

Workshops

We believe people should thrive not just survive while at work but we also understand sometimes we all need a little help to achieve good physical and mental wellbeing. Workshops range from 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours and cover topics such as: mindfulness, stress, mental health, wellbeing, sleep, backcare and nutrition.  Workshops can be delivered as a lunch and learn session or incorporated into the working day.

 

Employee Screening

Health checks start from as little as £20 per person and are delivered by  qualified screening professionals.  An anonymised health management report is compiled to allow clients to gauge the levels of overall health within their organisation.

 

 

Workplace Massage

Get your staff feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated with our workplace massage service.
Massage therapies are designed to help relax and rejuvenate employees while keeping them focused at work.  Therapies are performed through the clothes and are perfect for the work environment.

 

Workplace health days

Wellbeing increases attention and aids concentration and if done regularly can improve mood and motivation and increase productivity.  We encourage people to live happy, healthy and productive lives and our workplace health events help individuals achieve this goal.  We can provide one off services or fully integrated health days.  Our healthy activities include: Yoga/Tai Chi, Pilates, Smoothie Bike Hire or Bangra Dancing .
