Her expert knowledge of the industry has lead her to deliver to some of the UKs largest public and private organisations. By working with key people she is able to offer a wide range of health and wellbeing services to fit all organisations needs.
Susan Scott
Susan ScottStress Management Trainer
Susan is a trained business psychologist and has and has a MSc from the University of London in Organisational Behaviour. She delivers corporate training services to enable companies to reduce stress, improve employee wellbeing and meet their obligations under Health & Safety at Work Act.
Simon Chilton
Simon ChiltonMental Health Trainer
Simon has 20 years’ experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and has worked as a specialist clinical advisor and trainer within the occupational health profession for the past 10 years. He provides clinical advice and support to employers on all aspects of stress and mental health. He also provides training on stress management and the management of stress and mental health issues in the workplace. Simon works nationally within a diverse range of industries across the public, private, educational and charitable sectors.
Shirley Stansfield
Shirley StansfieldDisability Awareness Trainer
Shirley has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources and Organisational Development field and is passionate about equality and inclusion. She has spent many years working as champion for disability equality issues across local authority. Her style of training is relaxed and humorous, giving examples of her own experience as a disabled person, an employee, a manager, a parent and any other of the many hats she has worn over the years.
Crishni Waring
Crishni WaringHealth, Wellbeing and Absence Management Consultant
Crishni has worked in the Occupational Health and Wellbeing industry for over 6 years. She has extensive experience in working with organisations on workplace health issues in a diverse range of sectors and specialises in the development of health and wellbeing strategies/ improvement plans and absence management. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and qualified in HR Management and Development in 1986. She is an experienced business manager and management trainer.
