Workplace Training

Mindful Workplace Wellbeing offer a range of lifestyle change programmes that assist individuals in achieving, happier, healthier and more productive lives.

Our interactive training sessions are both practical and engaging and  help individuals make sense of what are often seen as complex topics such as common mental health problem, stress and physical wellbeing.

Our goal to help overcome health inequalities in the workplace is clearly seen throughout all our training delivery.  We are mindful that each individual has their own personal issues and our trainers are always on hand to listen to their needs and offer advice where they can.  Please see below some of our most popular courses.
