Mindful Workplace Wellbeing offer a range of workplace training to help reduce workplace stress and improve employee wellbeing for you and your organisation. We help assess the key stress issues that are affecting your workforce and offer solutions to address these.

The HSE states work related stress, depression and anxiety equates to £3.7bn and 13.5m days lost per year in UK alone. Cases of work related stress in 2007/2008 increased by 237,000 with each case leading to an average of 30.6 days lost. Don’t let your organisation become just another statistic.
