Workplace exercise programmes

We all know exercise is good for us but did you know that it also increases your attention span and aids concentration? By encouraging employees to take part in regular workplace exercise programmes you will not only see improved mood and motivation but also an increase in productivity. Exercise can include anything from a lunchtime walk to something a little more structured such as one of our great classes.
